Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay when I book?

No. No payment is required when booking. You can pay upon arrival in Mongolia by card (POS) or cash.

Is my booking confirmed immediately?

No. Every booking is reviewed by our travel team first. Once availability is checked, we confirm your booking by email.

Are international flights included?

No. International flight tickets and personal shopping expenses are not included.
